Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vanquish Medical website and your purchase of products from us. Vanquish Medical is operated by Vanquish Holdings Inc ("Vanquish Medical," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility. You must be the age of majority in your province or territory, be legally able to enter a binding contract, and be a registered Vanquish Medical patient with a valid medical document authorizing cannabis for medical purposes. We may verify your eligibility and medical authorization at any time.

2. Medical use only. Products are for your personal medical use only, in accordance with your healthcare practitioner's authorization. You will not resell, share, or transfer any product to another person. Orders may be limited to the amount authorized by your medical document and applicable daily and monthly limits.

3. Your account. You are responsible for accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders, pricing, and availability. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct errors in pricing or product information, even after an order is submitted. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.

5. Payment. You agree to pay all amounts due using an authorized payment method. Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

6. Shipping. We ship to Canadian addresses only, in accordance with our Shipping Policy and the Cannabis Act.

7. Returns and refunds. Cannabis product sales are final except as described in our Refund and Return Policy. Please review it before ordering.

8. Product information and no medical advice. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice, and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare practitioner. Always consult your practitioner about treatment, dosing, and any adverse reactions. Effects vary by individual.

9. Prohibited conduct. You will not misuse the site, provide false information, attempt to obtain products you are not authorized to receive, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanquish Medical and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. Privacy. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
