Shipping Policy

Vanquish Medical ships medical cannabis to registered patients across Canada in discreet, secure packaging, in full compliance with the Cannabis Act.

Where we ship. Canadian addresses only. We cannot ship cannabis products internationally or across the Canadian border under any circumstances.

Who can order. Orders can be placed and shipped only to registered Vanquish Medical patients with a valid medical document on file. You must be the age of majority in your province or territory.

Processing time. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers, cost, and delivery time. We ship via Canada Post and Purolator with tracked, discreet, odourless packaging. Shipping is free on orders over $150, and verified veterans in our Salute program receive free shipping on every order. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location; remote areas may take longer. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Signature on delivery. For safety and to meet regulatory requirements, cannabis shipments require a signature by someone of the age of majority at delivery. Please ensure an eligible adult is available to receive the package.

Delays, lost, or stolen packages. Once an order is with the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or shows delivered but not received, contact our Patient Care Team and we will help resolve it with the carrier.

Undeliverable or unclaimed packages. These are handled under our Refund and Return Policy, including any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping.
