Refund and Return Policy

At Vanquish Medical, your safety and satisfaction matter to us. Because we sell medical cannabis, our return and refund policy is governed by the Cannabis Act and Health Canada regulations, which restrict the return and resale of cannabis products. Please review this policy carefully before ordering.

All cannabis product sales are final. For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, cannabis products cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once they have shipped. This includes dried flower, pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, and all other cannabis products. We cannot accept returns of cannabis products that have been opened, used, or are simply no longer wanted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact our Patient Care Team within 14 days of delivery at support@vanquishmedical.com or 1-604-491-0123 with your order number and a photo of the issue. Please do not consume a product you believe is defective. After we review the claim, we will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, an appropriate refund or credit.

Adverse reactions. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product, consult your healthcare provider, and contact our Patient Care Team. We will assist you in line with Cannabis Act requirements.

Order cancellations. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund an order only before it has been packed and shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or returned.

Undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed packages. Orders returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent if the product is still resalable, and original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a returned cannabis product cannot be resold under applicable regulations, a refund may not be available.

Pricing and listing errors. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected order, even after it has been placed.

Non-cannabis accessories. Any non-cannabis accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original, unopened condition. Contact our Patient Care Team to arrange the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time to appear.

Shipping. We ship to Canadian addresses only, in discreet, secure packaging, in accordance with the Cannabis Act.
